«Gran parte de la rehabilitación se fundamenta en la fe,
la esperanza y las reglas prácticas. Se podría hacer mucho
más que eso. Se podrían planear los programas de manera
que pusieran de manifiesto los principios que gobiernan la
buena rehabilitación y los factores que la restringen. Si uno
engancha su carro a una estrella habrá un desgaste de ener-
gía que ninguna comunidad podrá en verdad sostener. De
ahí la necesidad de definir nuestras metas con cada pacien-
te, y juzgar el éxito de nuestro método por la consecución o
no de esa meta...»
